• This Offer (the “Offer”) is available to all users who download the TimesCity App on their iOS or Android based mobile phones & do a registration using Facebook email ID till the Offer is displayed on available (“Offer Period”) till the 31st December 2014. The TimesCity app (“TimesCity”), is currently a free Restaurant, Event, Movie & Bar finder from Times Internet Limited (TIL).
• User who downloads the TimesCity app & register through his/her Facebook email ID will get free Rs.50 recharge coupon from Paytm (“Coupon”), subject to the User must have minimum 90 days old Facebook account & at least 10 friends in his/her friend’s list prior to date of downloading the TimesCity app & registration under this Offer.
• Users need to redeem Rs. 50 recharge coupon through their Paytm app only and shall be subjected to deduction of applicable taxes, duties and or levies as per the Terms and Conditions of the respective telecom operator. A user needs to verify his/ her Paytm account (email and phone) to be able to use the coupon. The Paytm app would refer to the Paytm application downloaded by the users on their iOS or Android mobile phones.
• This offer is also applicable for Post-Paid mobile customers who download the TimesCity app as mentioned above. The Post-Paid customers can use the Coupon as per the time limit specified by their respective telecom operator.
• Rs. 50 Recharge coupon, can be used for single or in tranches . For utilization in tranches, the Coupon once used will be tagged to the user’s device/mobile number for the balance amount and will not be permitted to be used by any other user/device/mobile number.
• Rs. 50 Recharge coupon can be used/redeemed only by one User/Email/Mobile number.
• The coupon can be utilized against Post-paid, Prepaid Mobile , DTH & Data Card transactions on Paytm app. Further, the Coupons shall be utilized, subject to the availability of denominations and Billing process with the respective service operator or circle.
• This offer is also applicable for Post-Paid mobile customers who download the TimesCity app as mentioned above. The Post-Paid customers can use the Coupon as per the time limit specified by their respective telecom operator.
• The coupon is valid only on Paytm App and should be utilized on or before till 31st December 2014.
• The user is required to ensure that he/she enters a valid recharge while utilizing the Rs. 50 Recharge coupon as provided by her/his operator within their respective circle otherwise the transaction might fail.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible users is voluntary. Users can use the TimesCity service without this offer too.
• This offer is only applicable for the Android and iOS users, who are residing in India barring all users in Jammu and Kashmir and North East States of India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura ) and also Post-paid users of Aircel, MTS across India & Post-paid users of Reliance GSM in, Bihar, HP, Kolkata, MPCG, , Orissa, West Bengal.
• This Offer is not valid for Add cash transaction offered by Paytm.

• This offer shall also be bound by the terms and conditions of the usage of TimesCity which are amended from time to time. • TIL shall at its sole discretion and based on the utilization of the TimesCity app by the User give a Rs 50 cashback coupon which can be redeemed through Paytm app (iOS and Android). The said Cashback Coupon will be valid for transactions of Rs. 50 and more. Rs. 50 cashback will be added to respective user’s Paytm wallet within 24 hours which can be used for transactions on Paytm and its affiliates / partners. This coupon can be redeemed only once per user/Email/Mobile number. • The decision of Times Internet Limited (the “Company”) in respect of all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
• This offer is exclusive to any other offer run by the Company and is non-transferable. No substitution will be given nor shall any exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form be allowed under any circumstances.
• The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any failure, error, omission or delay in transmission of any message or transaction in relation to the offer for any reason whatsoever. The decision as regards the receipt or non-receipt of messages, or the success or failure of transactions shall solely lie with the Company and its partners and shall be treated as conclusive for all purposes.
• The Company reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof at its sole discretion at anytime during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and shall be binding on the subscriber.

• The company’s decision will be final and binding in relation to violation of laws, terms, and any fraudulent activities. Fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to, trying to earn Coupons (free Rs. 50 recharge Coupon) by repeat installing and activating the app on the same mobile number or device or on emulators.
• The Company is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the services being offered as redemption nor is liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by the subscribers under this offer.
• The benefits under the offer are neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly complied with by the User who is awarded with the Coupons (“Winner”).
• The offer to all users shall be subjected to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/ processes/formalities in connection with the prizes and on production of all such documents/papers as required by the Company before accepting the delivery of the Coupons. Any failure on the part of the Winner/s to comply with directions issued by the Company for claim of prize shall entitle the Company to forfeit the prize/s.
• All coupons s are subject to deduction of any applicable taxes, costs and /or levies and shall be exclusively borne by the Winner.
• The employees of the Company shall not be eligible for this offer.

• The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns from and against any claim, proceeding, loss, damage, liability, cost, demand or expense (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) of any kind arising out of: (i) any breach by the user of their obligations under these terms; (ii) User’s violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to infringement of any intellectual property, proprietary right or trade secret of any person or entity, or of any privacy or consumer protection right that is implicated herein; (iii) any violation of law or contractual obligation and any claims, demands, notices pursuant to such violation; (iv) User’s negligence or wilful misconduct.
• The Company shall not be liable to the user for any eventuality caused directly or indirectly by any act of God, wars (declared or undeclared), insurrections, acts of terrorism, acts of governments or boycotts, lockouts and other civil unrest, or any act of similar nature beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
• Even if one or more provisions of these terms are held to be unenforceable under applicable law(s), the remainder of these terms shall be valid and enforceable. These terms and conditions are governed by Indian Laws. All disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
